Six ways to work with Steve

Each service is shaped around a different use case.

The right portrait session depends on where the images need to appear, how much range you need, and whether the session is for one person or a full team.

  1. 01Executives, attorneys, consultants, real estate, finance

    Professional headshots

A focused option for Asheville professionals who need one strong, current portrait for LinkedIn, company bios, speaker pages, directories, and email signatures.

  2. 02Founders, creators, coaches, speakers, independent brands

    Personal branding portraits

A broader session for founders, consultants, coaches, speakers, and independent brands who need more range for websites, social profiles, launch materials, and marketing.

  3. 03Leadership teams, firms, events, on-site portrait days

    Corporate groups and events

Steve sets up a working studio on your premises — lobby, offices, event spaces — so the whole team is photographed at the location, not trucked to a rented studio. Individual headshots and group frames happen in the same visit.

  4. 04Actors, performers, artists, public-facing professionals

    Actor and creative portraits

Expression-led portraits for performers and creative professionals who need range, clarity, and images that feel alive without losing polish.

  5. 05Color outdoors, black and white in the studio

    Couple photography

Color outdoor work and black-and-white studio portraits for couples. Directed for connection — intimate without going explicit.

  6. 06Big families, kids with mom and dad

    Family portraits

Sessions for big families and kids with mom and dad, directed so nobody has to perform. Multi-generation groups are planned the same way: calm direction, not a stiff lineup.

Personal branding

More range than a single leftover headshot.

Founders, coaches, speakers, and independent brands usually need a small system, not one crop. A branding session adds wardrobe, backdrop, and expression changes so the same person can carry a website, a launch, and the posts in between.

  • Website hero, about page, and team page
  • Launches, speaking, podcasts, and press kits
  • Social profiles and the posts in between

Service questions

Practical answers before you book.

Every session is planned around the final use — LinkedIn and speaker bios, company sites and directories, or casting and creative portfolios — not a generic pose list.

Which portrait service should I choose?

If you need one polished image, start with a headshot session. If you need content for a website, launch, social presence, or multiple professional contexts, a branding or portfolio session usually gives you more useful range.

Do you work with teams around Asheville?

Yes. Steve brings a working studio to your site so the team is photographed on the premises. Lighting, background, and wardrobe direction stay consistent so new team members can be added later with the same visual system.

Can one session cover both professional and creative needs?

Often, yes. The session can be planned with a clean professional look first, then expanded into warmer, more expressive portraits if your brand or casting needs require more variety.
