A focused studio session for the portrait you use on LinkedIn, speaker pages, and company bios. Steve keeps the direction simple so you look like yourself on a good day.

Name and email are required. Phone and note are optional. You will check everything before the booking is made.

Session prep notes

Wardrobe

Bring 2–4 options that feel like you at your best. Solids and simple necklines keep attention on your face. Steve will help you choose on the day.

Makeup

Everyday makeup is enough. Slightly more definition in the eyes photographs well; avoid heavy shimmer or brand-new products you have not worn.

Hair

Arrive with hair how you normally wear it for work or the event. A clean, finished style is better than something experimental the same morning.

Mental prep

You do not need to know how to pose. Steve directs the whole session. Eat, hydrate, and give yourself a few unhurried minutes before you arrive so you are not rushing onto the set.

After you book

The calendar holds the time. The session is still planned around the job the portraits need to do.

Pick a time

Choose a date and time on the calendar. Times are shown in Eastern Time and already include studio hours and notice.

Confirm the session path

Select the session type that matches the job the portraits need to do. Steve will follow up if the plan should change.

Prepare for the shoot

Wardrobe, hair, and a few unhurried minutes before you arrive do more than posing tricks. The notes below the calendar cover the rest.

01

Plan the session

Clarify where the images need to work, choose wardrobe direction, and identify the impression each portrait should create.

02

Direct the shoot

Steve guides posture, expression, angles, and small adjustments so the session feels clear instead of awkward.

03

Choose the winners

Review the strongest frames with a practical eye toward credibility, approachability, and platform fit.

04

Retouch and deliver

Final images are polished for professional use while preserving texture, character, and a natural expression.
