On-location corporate groups in Asheville

Corporate groups and events, photographed at your location.

Steve sets up a working studio on your premises — lobby, offices, conference rooms, event spaces — so the whole team is photographed where they already work. Individual headshots, group frames, and event coverage happen in the same visit. Nobody is trucked to a rented studio.

In short: Steve brings lights and a backdrop to your office. Everyone gets a matching headshot, and he can photograph team groups and your event on the same day.

The studio comes to you

Lighting, backdrop, and a working portrait setup are built in the rooms you already have. Lobby, offices, a pavilion, a clinic hallway — the visit is planned around your floor plan, not a rented space.

Headshots and the event in one day

Individual portraits for the website and directory, then group and event frames in the same rooms. New hires can be added later with the same visual system.

Photographed on the premises

People stay at work. Wardrobe is what they already wear. The files look like one company because the lighting and direction stay consistent from the first portrait to the last.

On your premises

A working studio in the rooms you already have.

The visit is built around your floor plan. Lighting and a backdrop go up in a lobby, conference room, or event space. Headshots happen there. Group and event frames use the actual offices, windows, and gathering rooms.

Set up on site

Portable studio, consistent light, and a flow that does not stall the office.

Individual headshots

Every person gets a directory crop that still looks like the same company.

Groups and events

Team frames in the cubicles, clinic, pavilion, or wherever the work actually happens.

The work that applies

Frames tagged for this session, not a dump of every portrait on the site.

The proof on this page is the on-location work: a team photographed in their own cubicles, a physician in the workplace coat on a textured wall at the office, and portable-studio headshots made on a color backdrop brought to the site. Studio leadership crops sit beside them so a team day can still look consistent.

How the session runs

Planned around the final use, then directed in the room.

01

Walk the location

Steve picks the rooms that will hold a backdrop, the rooms that should stay in the frame as environment, and the flow so a full team can move through without stalling the office.

02

Set up on site

A portable studio goes up in the chosen room. Headshots start there. Group and event coverage uses the actual offices, windows, and gathering spaces.

03

Deliver a matching set

Every person leaves with a directory crop. The company also gets the group and event frames from the same visit, retouched to the same standard.

Before you book

Practical answers for this session type.

Do you photograph corporate teams at our office?

Yes. Steve brings a working studio to your Asheville-area location. Individual headshots and group or event coverage are made on the premises, not at a rented studio.

Can you cover an event and still make headshots?

Yes. The visit is planned so headshots happen in a set room while group and event frames are made in the spaces people already use.

Will later hires match the first set?

That is the point of a consistent on-site system. Lighting, backdrop, and direction are recorded so new portraits can be added without looking like a different photographer.
